Thank you for your interest in Rio Jiu Jitsu. We would like to invite you to come and observe a class. Better yet, accept our offer to take a free introductory class. This will provide you with an excellent opportunity to meet the instructor, ask questions and learn some of our proven techniques. Just bring your will to learn, sweat pants and a t-shirt. There is no pressure or obligation to join, but after the first class, we are sure you will want to train with us.
